IT Helpdesk Engineer - Digital Egypt Company for Investment
Job Purpose
  • Providing high quality technical support to users, while sustaining all (documentation manuals, logs, performance baseline, reporting, status report, incident reports, resolution report, capacity planning report auditing report .. etc.) up-to-date.
Job Accountabilities
  • • Installation, configuration, maintenance and support of user assigned it resources and services.
    • Carrying out and executing all incidents resolution for the assigned area.
    • Carrying out all delegated help desk tasks for the active directory (account permission, user passwords)
    • Coordinating and supervising network voice and data; as well as audio/ video.
    • Clearly communicate technical solutions in a user-friendly professional manner.
    • Coordinating technical issues with third parties.
    • Participate in all tenders’ activities study and evaluation, inspection and testing according to the company’s technical requirements.
    • Participate in assigning and utilizing resources across DEFI.
  • • Bachelor degree of Engineering in Computer Science or equivalent
    • CCNA and MCCP are preferred
Required Experience
  • • 5 – 7 years of experience in:
    • H/W ( Pc’s , NB’s , Peripherals) and S/W ( MS OS and Application) Installation, Configuration, Administration and Support 
    • Networking hands on Experience Both Voice and Data
    • Basic Industry Knowledge of Information Technology (ICT)
Required Skills
  • • Good experience of Desktop Operating Systems and Applications ( MS, MAC)
    • Practical Experience of Networking Components (Passive and Active) for Voice and Data
    • Good knowledge of PC’s , NB’s Servers and  Peripherals  
    • Storage and Backup Devices Fundamentals
    • Virtualization fundamentals.
