Medical Insurance Specialist
Job Purpose
  • The main purpose of the job is to facilitate the medical insurance procedures for employees and their families concerning hospital transfers, cash reimbursements or any related issue regarding the medical insurance.
Job Accountabilities
  • • Review the medical bills of the contracted parties (hospitals, pharmacies, Labs)
    • Record the procedures for each employee and their families on the medical insurance program.
    • Initiate the necessary procedures to follow up the reimbursement of the financial amounts to the Authority's employees and their families.
    • Follow-up procedures to follow up the checks of the contracted parties and the speed of receipt.
    • Ensuring the application of the regulations and rules of the medical regulation regarding "transfers, medicines, cash refunds."
    • Follow up the monthly treatment.
    • Receiving complaints from employees and seeking solutions with management.
    • Opening files for medical insurance records and keeping the data of all medical bodies dealing with them.
    • Follow-up of the issuance of medical IDs and annual renewal and the extraction of another "replacement of lost."
Education
  • • Relevant Bachelor degree.
Required Experience
  • • 2-3 years of experience in the medical insurance field.
    • Medical network is a plus.
