Training Department Manager
Job Purpose

Job Accountabilities
  • • Preparing and ensuring executions of the annual training plan.
    • Development of training strategy, pricing schema, and delivery standards.
    • Identifying the required resources for implementation of training plan.
    • Supervising preparation and updating of training catalog.
    • Ensuring quality and technical level of courses material.
    • Ensuring quality of training service delivery.
    • Responsible for scheduling and supervising the training department members.
    • Assessing the training needs.
    • Managing implementation of the training initiatives.
  • • University degree and preferably post-graduate studies
Required Experience
  • • Minimum 15 years of experience in training management
Required Skills
  • • Management skills (planning, risk management, problem solving, time management, Communications, analytical thinking, presentation and negotiation skills
    • Fluent in English both written and spoken
    • Self-motivation and multi-tasks handling skills
    • Skills in organizing resources and establishing priorities
    • Ability to make financial evaluations and proposals.
