Human Resources and Administrative Assistant - Digital Egypt Company for Investment
Job Purpose
  • Human resources administrative assistants provide office support to HR directors as well as the overall human resources department by maintaining personnel files, drafting correspondence, and performing various other administrative functions.
Job Accountabilities
  • • Provide administrative support for HR executives
    • Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation
    • Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off
    • Help in payroll management, preparation and payment
    • Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures
    • Answer employees’ questions and provide requested information
    • Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities
    • Assist recruiters in posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes
    • Answer telephone calls and provide needed information
    • Create reports for senior management
    • Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
Education
  • • Bachelor degree in human resources or in any related field.
Required Experience
  • • 2-3 years of experience in HR administrative field.
    • Experience in the ICT Industry (Information and Communication Technology).
Required Skills
  • • High organization skills.
    • Excellent command of both English and Arabic language.
    • Multi-tasking and capable of prioritizing tasks.
    • Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). 
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Act as a reliable and supportive team member
    • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
