Information Security and Support Engineer
Job Purpose
  • Providing security solutions architecture to ESCC clients, and providing the Technical support for provided solutions
Job Accountabilities
  • • Maintain and implement security strategy and standardization methods.
    • Design and implement the required infrastructure for securing the IT systems.
    • Manage security infrastructure including firewalls, remote access systems, intrusion prevention devices, proxies and antivirus tools etc...
    • Design and implement the required solution to deal with smart cards and its operation cycle.
    • Install and configure PKI environment including CA, OCSP, CDP (CRL Distribution Point).
    • Ensure that all implemented projects meet best practice security guidelines.
    • Manage security infrastructure including firewalls, remote access systems, intrusion prevention devices, proxies and antivirus tools etc.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology or a related field from a reputable university.
Required Experience
  • • 3+ years information technology experience
    • 3+ years computer and network security experience
    • 3+ years’ experience managing client projects
Required Skills
  • • Knowledge and understanding of basic information security principles
    • Relevant professional experience including working knowledge of the following technologies :
    a. TCP/IP networking including IP classes, subnets, multicast, NAT
    b. WINS, DNS, and DHCP, Network troubleshooting
    c. Microsoft OS and Server technologies
    d. Network analysis tools
    • Hands on experience with firewalls, routers, bridges, switches and gateway devices, appliances and software.
    • Good Knowledge in working on Microsoft Visio.
    • The ability to work in a team.
    • Good Knowledge in dealing with virtualization technology.
    • The ability to work in a team.
