Overview
The Software Engineering Competence Center (SECC) is a leading organization in providing services in leading edge technology that enhance ICT companies' technical competence & improve their internal capabilities and global competitiveness. SECC aims at bridging the gap between technologies needed to overcome the economical-social-environmental challenges and current existing technologies.
In June 2001, SECC was inaugurated as part of the efforts sponsored by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) to support the information technology industry in Egypt. In 2005, SECC became part of the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA).
SECC is also:
