Elzaher said that ITIDA is looking forward to further collaboration with ECS leveraging its capabilities and role as an integral economic arm in supporting the state's efforts to attract foreign investments and support export growth. Elzaher showcased the existing potentials of ITIDA's Digital Egypt Strategy for Offshoring Industry 2022-2026 where ITIDA aims at tripling the export revenue from digitally-enabled offshoring services, and enhancing the country's competitiveness in the R&D and value-added service, in addition to a new incentive scheme that ITIDA offers to attract new investments.

Moreover, Elzaher affirmed that ITIDA is currently working on attracting more multinationals to launch global delivery centers in Egypt, capitalizing on the country's leading position as a global offshoring hub. He added that ITIDA is committed to training young people in different technology specializations, launching leading initiatives such as Egypt Future Work is Digital (Egypt FWD), in addition to its endeavors to spread digital innovation hubs across the country. These efforts aim to qualify young Egyptians for the global ITO/BPO job marketplace and encourage them to establish their startups based on entrepreneurial and innovative tech solutions.

For his part, the Head of the Egyptian Commercial Services, Mr. Yahya Elwathik Bellah pointed out the importance of the cooperation between ECS and ITIDA to raise awareness among various Egyptian entities of the growing global outsourcing services sector and its export potential that cannot be overlooked.
