Sourcing and Recruitment Specialist
Job Purpose
  • The main focus of this job is to support in the implementing of a sustainable portfolio of talent enhancement programs graduates & recruitment programs and establishment of a vibrant BPs/ITs Talent pool in Egypt. Success means:
    • Efficient and timely implementation of planned recruitment initiatives and activities
    • Rehabilitation of recruitment companies at large to understand the requirements and methods of recruitment in ICT industry for better collaboration and integration. As well as raise of employment rates for ITIDA’s training programs graduates with reduced and unified recruitment fees for ICT industry.
Job Accountabilities
  • • knowing and controlling the yearly available & forecasted job vacancies within the ICT industry.
    • Get Annual hiring plans from ICT companies
    • Share calibers data according to companies’ needs
    • Acquire feedback from ICT companies
    • Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and expose appropriate best practices to the ICT sector.
    • Builds a quality relationship with the internal and external online / offline recruitment agencies to better serve the industry and monitor hiring.
    • Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process for the ICT sector by sharing data and dealing with recruitment agencies for special rates for ICT industry.
    • Monitors the labor legislation for acquired talent pool and implements required changes to keep the process compliant.
    • Acts as a single point of contact for ICT sector companies regarding recruitment inquires or assistance.
    • Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source.
    • Organize training on how to source / recruit efficiently for HR Recruiters in the ICT sector.
    • Recruitment Events:
    • Organizing ITIDA Virtual annual employment events.
    • Sponsor different Events in & outside universities
    • represent ITIDA on those events.
    • Proper follow up with participating companies on hires to know the success rate of each event
Education
  • • Bachelor Degree from a reputable university.
Required Experience
  • • 0-2 years of experience in related computer science or communication field.
Required Skills
  • • Excellent English
    • Project management is a plus
    • Advanced excel, word and power point
    • Training needs assessment Tools and Techniques is a plus
    • Presentation skills
    • Social Media Knowledge
