Minister of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), Amr Talaat, inaugurated the Deloitte Innovation Hub with $30 million in investments within three years, according to a statement released by MCIT.
This is the first center for Deloitte International to export innovative digital services from Egypt.
The center has expanded its export-focused operations to cater to international clients, now including 350 top Egyptian professionals, comprising both recent graduates and seasoned experts. It aims to grow this team to 5,000 specialists over the coming years.
Talaat stressed that the opening of the Deloitte Innovation Center in Cairo reflects the confidence of international companies in Egypt as an attractive destination for investment in the field of exporting information technology services and digital creativity.
He pointed out the continuous growth of digital exports in Egypt, which amounted to about $6.2 billion in 2023.
The center is set to continue its growth strategy to offer a broader range of services that meet the needs of diverse clients across Europe and the Middle East.
Its services encompass artificial intelligence, data analytics, marketing and commerce, cloud services, cybersecurity, and enterprise resource planning.
This expansion strengthens the center's positive impact and role in the Egyptian market, benefiting a wide array of sectors and industries.
