The inauguration of the Archer IRM office at Cairo Festival City Business Park aligns with the company's expansion strategy to bolster its presence in the Egyptian market. Last year, Cairo was chosen as the location for Archer's first office in the Middle East.

Furthermore, the company aims to expand its operations from its Egyptian base. Currently, the office boasts a team of over 140 talented employees specializing in engineering, research and development (R&D), technical support, sales, pre-sales, marketing, and customer services in more than nine languages, among other professional services.

In line with its growth trajectory, the company plans to increase its headcount in Egypt by hiring at least 150 new engineers specializing in export-oriented operations over the next three years, as part of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) inked with ITIDA last April.

In his remarks, the ICT Minister emphasized that the efficiency and ability of Egyptian youth to harness technology contributed to making the ICT sector the fastest-growing state sector nationwide for five years in a row and an attractive destination for investments by ICT multinationals. He underlined that Archer IRM office opening and planning to expand its operations in Egypt come as part of the efforts to develop Egypt's capabilities in the outsourcing industry and attract multinationals to establish their outsourcing centers, run by Egyptian youth specializing in various ICT disciplines.

The ICT Minister commended Archer's expansion plans in Egypt to increase the number of its employees to serve its customers worldwide in multiple languages. The company also employs youth from different academic backgrounds, highlighting that the ICT sector is now open to graduates of various faculties and is not limited only to ICT-related specializations, Talaat underlined. He underscored MCIT continuous effort to offer more digital capacity-building initiatives for youth to increase the number of trainees and technological specializations and qualify them for decent job opportunities in these promising fields.

Elzaher highlighted ITIDA's efforts to improve the business environment and enhance the attractiveness of the Egyptian ICT sector to foreign investors. He reiterated ITIDA's commitment to supporting Archer in optimizing its business operations in Egypt, in alignment with the MoU signed between the two entities, as part of the Digital Egypt Strategy for Offshoring Industry 2022-2026.

Kahler, speaking on behalf of Archer, emphasized that the acquisition by Cinven has strengthened the company's position as a global leader in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) software. She credited Archer Egypt for its contribution to this achievement, emphasizing the office's independent operations in providing integrated services for the company. She further stated that Archer Egypt has prioritized its ongoing expansion to reinforce its position in integrated risk management strategically.
