The ITIDA–DXC Dandelion Training Program is a strategic initiative designed to bridge the gap between Egypt’s neurodivergent talent and the rapidly evolving global technology sector. Developed through a collaboration between Information Technology Industry Development Agency and DXC Technology, the program provides an inclusive pathway for professional development. It aims to empower up to 60 neurodivergent individuals by equipping them with the essential technical and professional skills required to thrive in the digital economy. Neurodivergent individuals—including those with autism, ADHD, and dyslexia—often possess unique cognitive strengths such as pattern recognition, analytical thinking, and exceptional attention to detail. The program recognizes these strengths and builds an ecosystem that transforms them into professional advantages within the technology industry.Since its launch in 2014, the DXC Dandelion Program has expanded globally across multiple countries including Australia, the United Kingdom, Italy, Poland, Bulgaria, the Netherlands, the Philippines, and Egypt—demonstrating a strong track record in enabling inclusive tech careers.
