Audit Unit Manager
Job Purpose

  • •Carry out the audit work on all licensed trust services’ providers (TSPs).
Job Accountabilities

  • •Prepare monthly audit plan, including all TSPs and their registration offices.
    •Ensure that all TSPs adhere to the terms and conditions of license contract.
    •Coordinate across ITIDA departments to form required audit team needed to perform all types of audits.
    •Prepare audit reports and share with department manager.
    •Follow-up on the implementation of the findings/recommendations included in audit reports.
    •Escalate trust service providers unresolved findings to department manager.
    •Participate in awareness campaigns through effective contribution to seminars, conferences and training workshops related to licensed trust services.
    •Achieve the annual KPIs of the department.
    •Report accurate information about all audit types and findings/recommendations status.
    •Develop the audit unit's training plan in accordance with ITIDA’s strategic objectives.
    •Acting as Licensing Department Manager delegate.
Education

  • •Bachelor degree.
    •Certified for ISO27001 auditor.
Required Experience

  • •At least 10 years of experience, 5 of which in relevant audit experience.
    •Ability to create clear and detailed audit and statistical reports.
    •Full proficiency in different audit and reporting techniques.

  • •Excellent command of English.
    •Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    •Critical thinking and judgement skills.
    •Ability to lead, develop and motivate team.
    •Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with teams
