Human Resources Senior Generalist
Job Purpose

  • In this role, the HR generalist will be responsible for managing various HR functions with a focus on organization development functions (training and development, Performance management, ...etc.), while ensuring compliance with ITIDA by-laws and policies through applying communication strategies to enhance employees’ engagement.
Job Accountabilities

  • •Ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively communicated and adhered to by employees.
    •Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data in the HR system, including employment status changes, trainings and certificates, and any other employees’ related matter.
    •Generate reports and analyze HR data concerning all the functions to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
    •Responsible for the following:
    HR Operations and Onboarding:
    •Handle HR operational activities, including employee record management, documentation, and compliance.
    •Develop and execute a structured onboarding program for new hires to ensure a smooth assimilation into the organization, and collecting feedback to improve the onboarding process.
    •Conduct orientation sessions, communicate company policies, and facilitate new hire introductions.
    •Coordinate employee offboarding processes, including exit interviews and clearance procedures.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR system-related inquiries and support.
    Employee Relations:
    •Design and update the internal communication plan that ensures conveying all needed messages related to ITIDA objectives, policy changes, or any related matters.
    •Handle employee relations matters including internal announcements, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
    •Manage communication channels ecosystem that include, but not limited to, intranets, newsletters, and direct messaging systems.
    Training and Development:
    •Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee knowledge, skills, and performance.
    •Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and design customized training modules.
    •Coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communication.
    •Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
    Performance Appraisal:
    •Manage the performance appraisal process, including SMART objectives setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
    •Analyze performance data and identify areas for strengths and areas for improvement.
Education

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a business administration or any related field English section.
    •HR certificates is a plus.
Required Experience

  • •Minimum 5-8 years of experience in the Human Resources field.
    •Knowledge of the main HR functions (HR operations, Relations, … etc.)
    •Strong HR Knowledge: Proficient in HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, with a solid understanding of employee data management.

  • •Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
    •Self-motivated, hard worker, with high ability to work across teams driving cross-functional.
    •Professional fluency: ensuring professional representability of the HR department through excellent written and verbal communication in both languages English and Arabic. 
    •Proficient in MS Office.
    •High analytical skills.
    •Excellent time management skills.
    •Problem-Solving skills: capable of identifying issues and implementing effective solutions to streamline HR processes.
