Human Resources Specialist
Job Purpose
  • The holder of the position is responsible for providing various programs concerning human resources development and training, retention, recruitment, career path and performance management system. 
Job Accountabilities
  • • In charge of the recruitment and selection process starting the staff requisition form, announcing the vacancy internally and externally, screening the CVs received and sending the most applicable ones to the hiring manager, interviewing the candidates, filtering them to get the most suitable  candidates to be interviewed whether by the VP or CEO, and hiring the accepted ones.
    • Coordinate with the other functions in the matters related to the new comer in matters related to the hiring documents and announcing the new employee to all ITIDA members.
    • Conduct an orientation presentation of all ITIDA human resources policies, benefits and working conditions. 
    • In charge of applying the training policy and respond to the technical training requests of the employees.
    • Maintain a database of trainings (soft-skills courses or technical) for all the employees.
    • Maintain a database of the changes occur to the headcount in an HR report that is including the cumulative headcount data, recruitment analysis and turnover analysis.
    • Coordinate the performance management system (MBO) with the HR Supervisor through sending the applications to managers and employees, and gather them.
    • Assist in preparing the documents of the HR Committee topics.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned by the HR Manager for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.
  • • Bachelor degree in business administration, or any related field
    • Human resources diploma or study is preferable.
Required Experience
  • • 3 – 5 years of experience in the HR field.
    • Full understanding of labor law.
    • Ability of writing English and Arabic memos
