ICT Market Human Capital Development Manager
Job Purpose

  • •To help create the right momentum for the training and educational system creating the required talent for the industry sustainable development
    •To design and implement talent development programs within universities and outside to ensure knowledge development needed for the industry
    •To standardize the competences needed by industry and support talent availability
    •To clearly understand and the demand and supply from HR prospective (available jobs and available human resources)
    •To engage with the industry in various programs that would ensure creating the right resources with minimum cost.
    •To brand Egypt as a talent rich country and to educate the industry about best practice within HR scope
    •To create the suitable systems to support all the above
Job Accountabilities

  • •To develop/implement/ monitor agile talent development strategy and its associated programs in line with ICT development strategy and responds to industry requirements
    •To ensure maximum financial efficiency in programs led by ITIDA
    •To translate strategy into programs with SMART objectives
    •To coach/manage/ support subordinates to reach the assigned objectives
    •To create and seek new partnerships with the HR development ecosystem
    •To communicate with different stakeholders including internally about the purpose and the development of our programs and initiatives
    •To ensure compliance with internal and external legal and financial guidelines set by the government
    •To ensure seamless operations in ITIDA led programs
    •To prepare the required budgets and ensure approvals for the programs and to seek funds for new programs
    •To manage and monitor the current contractual obligations and to develop new contracts technical and financial scope
    •Develop initiatives for promoting Egypt’s IT industry, including partnerships with organizations and participation in events
    •Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Department, including setting objectives for subordinates, directing work; assigning tasks, and appraising performance

  • •Bachelor degree in any related discipline, Master degree is a plus.
Required Experience
  • •Minimum of 15 years of working experience.
    • Great Knowledge of the ICT industry in terms of terminology, business drivers, challenges, market landscape, etc.
    •Demonstrable experience in dealing with executive
    •management, key influencers and decision makers within the organizations
Required Skills
  • •Fluency in written and spoken English.
    •Proficient computer skills and perfect command of MS Office.
    •Excellent research and analytical skills
    •Excellent organizational skills.
    •Excellent communication skills. 
    •Ability to work as part of a team.
    •Ability to manage multiple assignments, coordinate with numerous stakeholders and work under pressure
    •Excellent report writing skills.
