Project and Program Management Consultant - Egypt Digital Company for Investment
Job Purpose
  • Project and program management consultant is responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. S/he should plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, and monitor progress. Meanwhile, this consultant is responsible for aligning the different projects by coordinating the efforts between them, while leading the overall program with strong attention to strategy, implementation, and delegation.
Job Accountabilities
  • • Organize projects and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the Digital Transformation Program, and develop new ones.
    • Predict resources needed to reach objectives.
    • Create and manage long-term goals and strategies, while ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
    • Track project costs in order to meet budget.
    • Develop an evaluation method to assess program strengths, analyze risks, and identify areas for improvement.
    • Monitor progress and measure project performance to identify areas for improvement and make adjustments as needed.
    • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
    • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
    • Report and escalate to management as needed.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation through developing spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps for the project.
    • Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding program issues and decisions on services.
    • Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
    • May be involved in the recruitment and training of new project management executives.
  • • Bachelor degree in computer science, business administration or any related field.
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a must.
Required Experience
  • • 10+ years of project management and related experience.
    • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
    • Proven experience in managing a team.
    • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Proven experience in program management.
    • Proven stakeholder management skills.
    • Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation
