Security Solutions and Support Department Manager
Job Purpose
  • Providing Information security professional services and E-signature applications support to all ESCC developed products to ensure high clients’ satisfaction rates.
Job Accountabilities
  • • Provide consultation for ESCC customers regarding the complete security solutions that secure their workflows and electronic transactions.
    • Provide required support to his/her team to meet agreed SLAs.
    • Responsible for meeting all contractual SLAs through proper team assignments to cover 24/7 support activities.
    • For delivered ESCC solutions, design and implement security solutions in IT systems to secure the electronic transaction.
    • Supervising Installation and Deployment of  all required programs by ESCC teams to meet the systems ‘needs of the provided solutions.
    • Supervising the Installation of the required applications needed to deal with certificates and different systems.
    • Designing and implementing secure networks, information systems and achieving the technical integration for (firewalls, protection modules from hackers, electronic protection alternatives ... etc.), whether for government agencies or the private sector.
    • Integrating security solutions with mail systems.
    • Design and implement network management, archiving and backup solutions.
    • Provide the required level of support for ESCC customers to facilitate the usage of ESCC implemented software and security solutions.
    • Being updated  and trained with the latest PKI and security technology.
    • Provide innovative ideas and support the implementation of own or team ideas to create a culture of continuous improvement.
    • Manage and develop performance of the team to support business needs while ensuring team members career progression.
Education
  • • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science from a reputable university.
    • M.Sc. in Information Security is a plus.
Required Experience
  • • 15 + years of experience in application support.
    • Ability to trouble shoot root causes of reported issues within the agreed upon SLAs.
    • Liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Experiences in Ticketing Management Systems.
    • Experience in different software lifecycle methodologies.
    • 3+ years of experience in Information security.
Required Skills
  • • Deep Knowledge in Information Security.
    • Knowledge in PKI is a plus.
    • Deep knowledge in Network management Systems.
    • Deep Knowledge in Network Security.
    • A good understanding of the software development process.
    • Good management skills.
    • Good communications (both verbal and written) and consultancy skills.
    • The ability to manage teams.
    • The ability to work in a team and as an individual.
    • The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
    • IT Project Management experience.
