The Software
Engineering Competence Center (SECC), an
affiliate of the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA),
launches ‘SECC Tech Nights’, a series of seminars, held at the Creativa
Innovation Hub, in Giza, located by Cairo University. The seminars will
commence on July 17.

Tech Nights discuss a variety of topics pertaining to Generative AI
and its uses across different fields, namely, software engineering, Fintech,
DevOps, and Agile methodologies; the development of Artificial
Intelligence (AI) solutions and applications for enterprises; and AI
challenges, among other topics.
Each and every two-hour, evening seminar will feature a prominent group of experts
and specialists in the ICT sector, exploring the latest technology trends and
providing practical perspectives and theoretical background.
SECC Tech Nights aim to provide the necessary knowledge and methods to SMEs,
university students, and entrepreneurs to enhance their capabilities in
developing their businesses; improving processes; and encouraging them to adopt
the latest technologies in the fields of digital transformation, software
engineering, and AI.
Creativa Innovation Hubs is a national-scale initiative led by the Ministry
of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), aiming to
create an environment that stimulates digital creativity nationwide; support
and sponsor technological startups; and promote innovation-based entrepreneurship.
MCIT cooperates with specialized global business accelerators and incubators to
manage these hubs.
