Qualifying for Employment (Q4E) is a program that expands talent in the semiconductor and embedded systems in the Egyptian market. It also supports access to professionals for local companies and MNCs who are operating and expanding in the Egyptian market.

Qualifying for Employment (Q4E) is a program that expands talent in the semiconductor and embedded systems in the Egyptian market. It also supports access to professionals for local companies and MNCs who are operating and expanding in the Egyptian market. ​​



Objectives
 

 
Expanding the talent pool for companies in design, development, and production of semiconductors and embedded systems.
 
Facilitating access to trained talent for companies. 


 
Supporting employment for ICT professionals.


Target Audience
 

 
Companies:  working in the design, development, and production of semiconductors and embedded systems ( Local & MNCs operating in Egypt)
 
Training providers
 
A consortium of members: Companies & Training providers 


Process
 

1ITIDA Role: To co-fund the training program expenses whether implemented directly by the companies or through the training providers. To avail location for the training program. The co-funding percentage is rated based on the employment percentage according to the following table:

Company/Training Provider Role: 
  
To specify the target number of trainees and employment percentage expected.
 
To select the qualification path ( as determined above ) and identify the job profiles needed
 
Training and Employment Distribution
 
To train in two months (after signing the agreement with ITIDA ) with a minimum of 20 trainees
 
To apply the business case according to the following sections:
