Projects Management Senior Specialist
Job Purpose

  • •Development of new programs to support exports of different kind of Egyptian companies working in the information technology industry.
    •Export-IT Rebate program is one of the successful programs presented the Exports development section and by ITIDA to Egyptian ICT companies since 2010 until date. At this point, Export-development role commence by handling the implementation and development of the program yearly.
Job Accountabilities

  • • Program Management:
    -Participate in the programs planning, pre-launch preparations & implementation
    -Participate in preparation/improvement of program procedures, eligibility criteria, terms & conditions, documentation list
    -Participate of developing program forms such as application form, related review checklists, report templates …etc
    -Participate in developing of RFP for limited tender to select program’s external auditor
    -Participate in technical proposals review & assist in developing technical evaluation report
    -Coordinate with Industry Development department to obtain list of registered companies under the program from ITIDA’s database and announce program launch on ITIDA’s website.
    -Coordinate orientation/training sessions conducted to companies & ITIDA’s call center
    -Participate in preparation of call scenarios as well as list of Questions & Answers
    -Coordinate with ITIDA’s call center with regards to clients’ inquiries
    -Receive from program manager consultants’ inquiries/requirements, communicate same to clients & follow-up on them 
    -Participate in revising the final statistics reports represented by the external auditor.
    - Assist in preparing list including the participating companies and coordinate with the Finance department to disburse the companies’ incentives.
    -Participate in marketing research and data analysis
    -Participate in developing the program annual final report
    -Handle all other activities related to the program as assigned by the program manager

    • Research & Development:
    -Participate in developing and modernize new initiatives and programs that focus on the development of local companies and increase their exports and competitiveness
    -Participate in a desk research including ICT markets and opportunities in potential key geographies such as KSA & UAE, IT spending in suggested countries.


    • Data Analysis:
    -Participate in the development of Egypt’s ICT Exports Database.
    -Participate in revising the final statistics reports represented by the external auditor.
    -Coordinate with Investment Management Section to update Egypt’s ICT Exports Database with the exports data of the foreign direct investors working in Egypt.
    -Participate in the development of new process to evaluate exports growth of beneficiary companies of ITIDA’s other programs
    -Coordinate with other ITIDA’s department to update Egypt’s ICT Exports Database with the exports data of their beneficiary companies.
    -Participate in the development of Egypt’s ICT Exports promotional materials (videos, booklets and press releases)
    -Participate in the recognition process of Top Egyptian Exporters Award.

    • Miscellaneous Projects:
    -Manage the implementation of miscellaneous projects related to the development of the IT industry assigned to the jobholder by the direct Manager
    -Analysis and reports
    -Participate in handling the quarterly reports on the unit activities.
Education

  • • Bachelor Degree from a reputable university.
    • MBA is a plus.
Required Experience

  • •3-5 years of experience in Business Development, Project and Account Management
    •Basic Industry Knowledge
